Entity & registration

What our registration means

FinCEN registration is a federal filing requirement for a Money Services Business. It is not a government endorsement, approval, or certification of our services, and it does not by itself authorize money transmission in every U.S. state or country. State licensing and foreign regulatory requirements may apply depending on customer location, solicitation, transaction flow, and product structure.

Not a bank

Odilio Money is not a bank. We do not accept deposits, extend loans, or provide FDIC- or NCUA-insured accounts. Where deposit accounts, custody, card issuance, or acquiring services are referenced, they are provided by third-party regulated financial institutions under their own licenses.

Partner-provided services

Certain capabilities described on this site are facilitated through, or delivered by, regulated banking, payment, and card-issuing partners. Card programs identify the issuing institution in program terms where required by applicable card network and regulatory rules.

State & international licensing

We do not represent that Odilio Money holds licenses in every state or country. Availability of a given service depends on your business's location, the specific service requested, and applicable state and international requirements. Contact us to confirm eligibility for your business.

Digital-asset services

Digital-asset conversion and settlement, as referenced on our Capabilities page, is planned and requires separate legal, operational, and regulatory confirmation before it becomes available. It is not offered today.
